Do it now? Many reasons. Kelevra's group, Morningstar, Sanna, Incognito, Alicia, Runners getting better; more organized, servants getting beaten down in parts of the world, Med, and SO many others. This little game of the fears is being brought into more chaos and insanity than before.
I'm pretty good at that stuff.
I wouldn't say we're getting beaten down, or at least not globally. Then again, I'm not judging off centuries of experience, so yeah.
